Three notable teams which are always at least pretty good and in a tough conference are Wisconsin with 16, Mich.ST. with 10 and Iowa with 9. Having the Jimmys and Joes as they say is good but I would submit that culture, teaching, motivation,, rapport and development abilities are still the coaching keys to a successful program.
